Placing an Order
Our minimum order is twelve bags (12). You can pick and choose twelve bags, they don't have to be the same design. To place an order, please send us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you the Client Order Sheet. The client order sheet should include your Company name, contact details, bag references and quantity. Once we receive, we will confirm production availability since we take orders year round. Wait time is usually around one to three months depending on the season.
Each bag takes five to ten (5-10) days to make. To reserve production space, we need to receive a 50% deposit of your total bill, no exceptions. The other 50% will be due when your bags are ready to ship.
Timings: The bags are woven during the month we've confirmed production and are ready to ship anytime from the last day of the month to the first week of the following month.
- Example: If your bags are confirmed for December, they will be produced during December 1st- December 31st and ready to ship at some point from December 31st to January 7th. Sometimes local holidays like Christmas, Carnival and Holy Week can delay the process a couple of days. We will always let you know if this is the case.
Our prices do not include shipping. We recommend shipping via 4-72.com.co and EMS. We offer the possibility to handle shipping for you via 4-72.com.co.
Prices are as follow:
- Min Shipping Cost: $30
- Shipments of 12 bags or less: $10 per bag
- Shipments of 12-25 bags: $8 per bag
- Shipments of 25+ bags: $6 per bag
*This price includes shipping materials, import/export documents, transportation of shipment to the shipping carrier etc.
